Our return policy is very simple: if we are wrong, we fix it. Any item that is misidentified can be returned for a full refund, or replacement if desired by customer. If customer thinks a reduction in price is the answer, then that will be considered. If the customer wishes to return something because they already have the item in their collection, we will refund the purchase price, but not the postage.
